a month agoSuch a cute cozy family friendly restaurant. Prices were unbelievably affordable drink, 2 adult and 1 child and 2 deserts for less than $60!! Food was great!! Definitely try the corn fritters!

a month agoStaff and menu are very very inconsistent. Staff is either borderline harrassing or completely non existant. Had to ask for cheese and tomato both are very standard on a chuckwagon. We had two people order the turkey and dressing special one came with cranberry and one did not. While leaving saw several other turkey specials all of which included cranberry so I'm totally unsure why mine was sent without it. I doubt it was done in error.

a month agoCountry restaurant on the side of the road. Nothing fancy. You come here because this is your destination, not because it is somewhere next to something else. Portions are generous. Prices reasonable. Good parking. Filled up quickly and it was obvious most people were regulars.

5 months agoWhile traveling I stopped in around 2pm. Being close to closing time there was only a handful of customers. I was very pleased with the service, food and prices. Thank you!

6 months agoI loved it here. The food was okay (I loved the round of potatoes for home fries) but it was the overall atmosphere that was wonderful. Clearly a lot of locals eat there. The waitress was top notch, attentive and friendly and handling a large party and about eight other customers with apparent ease. There are homemade jams on the counter for sale, an ample menu, and desserts on the specials board. Clean and bright and homey. I would definitely return.

6 months agoWent for breakfast while we were out one morning based off other online recommendations and am glad we did! Service was prompt and friendly, food was hot and delicious. I look forward to coming back for lunch or dinner one day.

2 years agoOne of those wonderful older mom and pop places that have survived decades of change. Obviously, for a good reason! The staff were so nice. The food was hot and good. I loved sitting at the bar with the swivel stools and a greasy spoon sign above the food window. Definitely one of those places we need to frequent and appreciate.
